* Criteria:
- Company exists for a maximum of 4 years according to Chamber of Commerce registration.
- Company develops and/or sells products or services. Professional services such as financial services, recruitment and selection services, legal services, business development and regulatory services are excluded, as well as companies that are part of a corporate structure.
- All startup registrations are reviewed and must be approved by the organisation.

Policy and Procedures
- The conference fee indicated is the fee per participant.
- Upon receipt of registration the invoice sent should be paid within two weeks.
- Registrations less than two weeks prior to the congress will receive an electronic invoice, which must be paid prior to the congress.
- 15% of the original invoice amount will be charged to cover statutory interest and administration costs if payment is not received within the given time.
- The fees include congress participation (all day), coffee and tea during breaks, lunch and reception.
Space availability
Participation is based on availability and may sell out prior to the conference date.
Cancellation
- Refunds for cancellations will only be granted if cancellation is received in writing no later than one month prior to the congress.
- For cancellations less than one month prior to the conference, you are allowed to send a substitute to replace you.
- The full conference fee will be charged in the case of cancellation or no-show on the congress date.
