Starting a Life Sciences business is an exciting and challenging endeavour. You have a great idea, a solid business plan, and the drive to make it happen. Understanding accounting and financial concepts are essential for understanding company performance and diagnose any problems you may have. Even though you may not do any accounting or financial management yourself, this one-day course will help you understand everything you need to gain confidence in this subject and provide you with the tools and knowledge needed to make informed financial decisions.
Participants are asked to share their learning goals and topics. Based on this input the program of this XL Expert Class will be adapted if necessary. All participants will get course material (digital and manual).
